This stone Heater came quickly, was free of defect and I ordered it along with the 8 medium basalt stones that came seperately. I may not have purchased this large of a heater for personal use, but finding a smaller one was tough. I use this for personal use and not industry use, and think it is well suited for industry use over personal use, however...that aside, I like it.It has good directives on its use and care, and warms the 8 basalt stones perfectly. I also orded the video you can find in my other reviews to guide me in taking care of my basalt stones and the heater.Although larger then I expected, it works just fine for my needs even if it is for personal use and not industrial use. However, if you are in the industry, this would be the perfect size for you as well I think.
