Riding the rollers before purchasing this item was a bit sketchy.Now, I can do it w/ no hands! (I know big deal...)The item is very well made, easy to install, and can be un-installed in seconds if you feel the need to get nervous on the rollers again.

Purchased this fork mount for a non-CycleOps roller and had to do a little jury-rigging. Regardless, it still works and has me using the rollers when I'm not up to doing a full balance workout. A good way to gain the confidence with your rollers you'll need to go without the fork mount at some point.

It is easy to install the Front Fork Stand on my roller - no extra tools needed.After setting up my bike on the roller w/ the front fork stand, I can exercise easily.
