so far, I agree with the previous review - the batteries (they are actually fully configured packs) arrived VERY quickly, exactly as described, "they fit," so far they works fine, and the APC is already back in the rack and running - No way to know how long they will last - but they ran when they arrived, charged fully, and we ran it up to about 18 or 20 amps with no issue - I guess we'll see...

I just wanted to let people know that we are happy with this product. The price was great, and it arrived quickly. The batteries installed without any issues, and the UPS is happy again. They have been installed for 1 month so far. I would recommend this product to other people.
