Great activity gym for the money!

After trying the Little Tikes 5 in 1 gym and being very disappointed, I decided to try this new gym by Fisher Price. My almost 4 month old daughter really likes it! The "soothing" mode is great because it will play music and sounds for about 10 minutes. My daughter smiles at Elmo and the lights. I'm not sure why these types of toys don't come with volume control, but this one doesn't seem to be too loud for a small baby.I gave it 4 stars because the hanging toys could be much improved. They don't rattle when baby bats at them, and it's not easy for baby to activate the music and sounds by playing with them. They really need to pulled/pushed a certain way to get them to work. (I also wish it had a foot pad for my daughter to kick to get the music going, but I knew when I bought it that it didn't have this feature so that's not a reason for the 4 star rating.) Overall construction quality seems good (we've only had it for 2 days, though!).I also like the fact that it has lots of buttons to push for when baby gets older and can sit in front of the gym and play. All in all, I'm happy with this gym and would recommend it to others!

Lots of Fun

My five-month-old has been enjoying this toy for two months now. It's lots of fun. She can reach the toys easily and it makes her smile, laugh and kick. The only drawback is that it is LOUD, so loud that the music almost sounds distorted. It would be perfect if it just had a volume control.

My son loves this.....

It's a shame to see such negative reviews for this item because my son loves it. I got it for him when he was 4 mos old and the lay down mode worked perfectly for him. Now at 5 1/2 months old he is sitting up and he loves it even more. He stays entertained with this toy than any other one that I have. I'm sure you all realize when you use the sit up mode, you need to take the hanging parts off that you would use if using the lying down mode. We made that mistake, keeping them on and then the seating up mode did not work, but once you take the hanging pieced off, they work fine. We really enjoy this toy.

Fisher-Price Miss Spider's Singin' Buggy BunchI purchased this toy for my almost 2 year old. The baby buggies are cute and easy to attach onto the velcro (well, Shimmer's wings get in the way a little bit). Miss Spider herself is not as cute as she seems. Her eyes are hard plastic so they can move, and her bottom is a flat black plastic disk. It is not easy for my daughter to squeeze the area on her hair that makes her speak. It does seem to be durable and the pieces seem to be sewed on well enough that they are not coming off. While the toy overall is cute, it is not worth the $50 plus that it is selling for right now.

Bought 2 of these as my granddaughter's are not into sharing their toys. They love them!!! They take them to the TV when the show is on and play with them as they watch the cartoon. They also made a special place for them in their rooms.Great toy!

Great value

I received this for Christmas. Full assembly was required, but it was not difficult and can be accomplished in less than a half hour if you have an adjustable wrench and a socket wrench set. My shipment included "revised" assembly instructions in the packing slip. I didn't realize that until I called the shipper for help.The finished product is very sturdy, moves smoothly, and can be adjusted for position at several locations to ensure a comfortable and effective workout.I'd have given this five stars if the two grip bars weren't constructed to be so far apart. There are six different grip options, and I'm too short to use one of them due to the wide spacing. That's only remarkable because I'm 6'2" tall.All in all, a great product at $280.

I bought this because of a back injury that prevented me from doing barbell rows. I am getting a tremdous back workout with it and have never felt such isolation in my back before. I would recommend this to any one who wants a very good upper back workout and or a trap workout to.

Great product, great service.

This is my third satellite radio tuner purchase, and easily my favorite. The tuner is small, easily installed and great sound.Sirius satellite radio is easily the best...great exclusive contracts with the NFL, NBA, NHL, and on the other end of the spectrum, NPR. Siruis satellites are better positioned than XM's, I haven't had a single dropped signal yet. (I live in a rural mountain valley in Colorado.) I strongly recommend both the tuner and Siruis radio.

Buy It !

Bought this for my Jeep Wrangler. Holy Cow ! It rocks the house. I probably could've got the 6 inch instead, but oh well. I need more powerful speakers in front now. I'm using a power acoustics amp BAMF 1200/4 4 channel 100 watts x4. Amp is only using about 55% of the power ( gain). Got the sub spliced into the rear channels as instructed by owners manual, so I have total of 5 speakers. I knew I would get more bass, but I forgot I was adding another speaker as well! It's loud, and more than enough for the poor little Jeep. Buy this you will like it I think with a decent amp.I think my neighbors like AC/DC. They must like it, because they keep coming out into their drive way to stare across the street at my garage at 10:30 pm while I'm testing out my new stuff.

I bought this for my daughter's 2006 Mustang (Mach sound system) she wanted a little more bass than the system could deliver. It installed with out any problems, instructions were straight foreword. Two months old sounds good, still working fine. She is happy with the sound. Good buy.

Can't Beat this bazooka

This is for BT1014 10 inch - Passive, no amp included.Pros: +Construction is solid. No paper, but a plastic/fiber mesh of some sort. +This is a "long-throw" driver and it has more depth than most 10"s and more than quite a few 12"s. Like everyone else said, this sounds like at least a 12" sub, and it can be directional, just mount closer to your ears to make it thump louder + I've had this for 3 months and I bought it used. It's perfect and takes a little beating. (But I wouldn't suggest that for your ears + I drive a wrangler with soft top. With the top down I can share quality loud base with the car next to me (if I so desired) (Read: plenty loud)Cons: + I had to drill a hole at the edge of the port to thread a security wire through it (so no one steals the sucker) There aren't great ways to mount / secure a round object. So this "con" doesn't really count***** 5 Freaking Stars *******

Boomy, but not precise

Ok, I used to have one of these subs and it doesn't hit as precise as I remember. It could be the difference in car size or even sub size (old one might have been an 8") but whatever the reason it just doesn't sound the same.It sounds good, don't get me wrong - I was just expecting something a little more quick in how it responds.I have a 4x50w amp powering this sub, the two rear channels (3 and 4) are bridged going to this and it hits hard. A lot harder than I thought it was going to, honestly. My installer put 42sq/ft of Dynamat in my Hyundai Accent in order to keep the vibrations down. I honestly can't turn the stereo up more than halfway or my ears start to bleed. I had it turned up loud (once) just to see what it was like and the whole car shook. This Bazooka Tube hits HARD with the right amount of juice going to it.

Great Marine Sub for the Money

I replaced the rotted out clarion sub in my Sea Ray Sundancer. This replacement required a little bit of modification, because the frame was a bit bigger than the old sub, but once it was installed it performed well, and seems to be very well built.

This was my second replacement lamp, works like a charm. I have my projector running for 12hrs + continuously(never any overheats)The only problem I have is with the price, it's too high but what can you do. I will be getting another replacement as soon as my 4,000 hrs. runs out again.

perfect fit

i replaced the hot water heater in my truck camper. this was the perfect fit. the hardest part of installing it was the lock rings that hold the flame tube to the metal door (out side of camper) i used a cold chisel and a long screwdriver to snap the old ones off and the cold chisel to install the new ones. another good thing is that every thing you need to do the job is in the box. the new rings, foam gaskets. it took about two hours to install. i also installed a bypass kit while i had it out. you will need Teflon tape for the pipe fittings.

The best of the newer, more plastic Thomas pieces.

In case you haven't noticed, after years of the Thomas destinations, bridges, and tunnels being nearly entirely made of wood, a lot of the pieces to appear over the last 2 years have a ton of plastic on them. They are made of a very durable feel plastic, but the overall look still appears cheaper than the wooden stuff, but the price still isn't cheap!Rolf's Castle Bridge is a very nice looking piece, and it's only got one way through, so you don't have to worry about connecting something underneath it or over it. On one end is a swinging door, and on the other is a door that you raise and lower by turning a knob. It's very easy for kids to use and the castle theme is a good new look for the Thomas line, despite being outfitted in a lot of plastic.

10 year old item from Lake view

I bought one of these to use in my car readio with that type of plug (DIN). It would not work. This can only be used with a certain type rockford fosgate radio of 10 years ago and they are not sold anymore. Was bought through Amazon.com, Amazon is normally pretty good. SO DO NOT BUY unless you have one of these Rockford Fosgate radios: RFX8210, RFX8220, RFX8230, RFX8310, RFX8320, RFX8330, RFX8340,(RDS), RFX8350,(RDS), RFX9100, RFX9200, RFX9300,(R), RFX9400, these are from the years 1999 through 2001. The changer looked new. The seller did get back to me through e-mail a couple of times and did take the product back.

Awesome!!!

I bought my Rockford Fosgate RFX9300 source unit around June of 2000 for $1200. I wanted to get the CD changer too but didn't have the additional $500 they were going for at the time. By the time I had the extra cash, Rockford Fosgate had unfortunately stopped making source units and the CD changers. Then in February 2009 I found the CD changer on Amazon for $55. I bought one right away and installed it. Jump ahead to 2012 and everything still works like it was brand new. If you have one of the old Rockford Fosgate source units and are looking for a CD changer, don't hesitate. Mine came brand new, sealed, like it had just left the factory.
