Very sturdy jack and turns smoothly. I am using this to get a low floor joist back in place and it lifts with ease. From the looks of it I will have this for some time as it seems very well built. Arrived very quickly.

My small (20'x26')lakeside cottage sits on clay, consequently, it has settled over time but not evenly. The back side of the cottage needed to be raised to level it with the rest of the building. I used four of these jack screws, one for each piling and leveled the cottage with absolutely no trouble.
