I've had this chair for about 2 years now and I love it. Comfortable, good adjustability, and good build quality - mostly. The only problem I had was with the adjustable lumbar support that was held together with plastic hardware that broke. The support still works, but I can't adjust it any more. I could fix it, but didn't bother.I really love that you can lock the chair at various degrees of inclination, which comes in handy when you want to put your feet up and watch a movie on your computer. And the ventilated back mesh is soooo great. Leather chairs are nice, but if you live in a warm state you don't want a cushioned leather chair making your back sweat. I just wish the seat was mesh too - but those variants are usually VERY expensive so this was a great compromise.All in all, I really like the chair and would recommend it to anyone who wants a quality chair with comfort and class.

I recently retired and was used to a Steelcase Leap chair at work. I selected this chair and although its not as good as the one I had at work, it is adequate at about half the cost. Be sure you get the adjustable lumbar. This chair will work ok for people over 5'8" (I'm 5'10"), if you are shorter I would try it out in person before you buy it as your feet may not set flat on the floor with the seat not being able to go lower.
