If you need a LARGE hand truck, this one is excellent. I purchased this to move rocks around my property when building a rock retaining wall.It is WIDE (2 ft) and TALL (>5 ft) and has a very large base and integrated wheel fenders/protectors. The tires are much bigger than a typical hand truck. Rolls easily over rough terrain. As long as you don't intend to use it in your house or go through interior doors with it, this is well worth the price. The shipping brings it up to around $150. I think it will last forever. It is at least twice as good than the plastic "600 pound" (yeah right) variety from the home improvement store. The metal wheels are nice and it has knobby treads.I was able to move 300 pound boulders with ease.

By R. N. Bray
I've been using this sturdy hand truck to move 400-500lb rocks as part of building a retaining wall. I had a load of boulders delivered by a quarry and they were much larger than expected. I read the review on this truck and figured it was worth a try, prior to getting heavy machinery involved. This hand truck has exceeded my expectations and I'm amazed at the size stones I have been able to move. The limiting factor in moving monster rocks is my ability to put enough weight into tipping back the truck when a massive stone is loaded on. I highly recommend this truck for moving rocks and many other uses. I'll probably be using it for moving outboard motors as well.

By B. F. Matson
I have a Milwaukee hand truck (600LB unit) I purchased 12 years ago and it is still in mint condition after many moves and countless boulder haulings for walls. I moved an entire shop full of 500 to 600lb machines and it handles them great. I cant wait to see what this new one will do around the ranch! My son thinks the old one is a go-kart so, this one should be a Hummer.
