I am trying to heal Plantar Fasciitis. This is helping to stretch the feet and calves. It is extremely well made and adjust easily. It is a great product.

I have had to go to rehab several times in the last few years. I have had very bad leg cramps. (not especially the reason I was in rehab.) I found the board and several other items sure did help. I bought a couple of things at the rehab center and they told me I could find my favorate board at Amazon. My husband laughs at me when I say it hurts so good. But that is the truth. It really stretches the muscles. I hold my legs at "stretch" for 30 seconds and stand back and repeat several times. It is a big help to my muscle cramps. As most everyone knows the sure do hurt in the night.
