I purchased this mirror to hang in our dining room and am for the most part pleased with it. Dimensions are exactly as described and the mirror is large enough to reflect a good deal of light into the room. The frame, however, is substantially darker and heftier than it appears online. The gold and silver leaf are heavily antiqued with brown, and the inner surfaces of the fretwork are finished in black, giving the piece a more masculine look. Online the fretwork appears a more thin and delicate, and the golds and silvers much brighter. I may try rubbing some gold leaf on it to brighten it up a bit, just to suit my taste. Otherwise, it is a very nice mirror for a dining room or entrance. The darker finish is in line with current decorating trends, so it will work well for many.
