I decided to grow my hair long, my hairstylist recommended this because it coats the ends (where your hair is the thinnest and weakest). I use this product once a week, and sometimes sleep in it as a hair mask and wash it out in the morning. Each (5)tube I can use around 3-4 times to only coat the ends or 2-3 times to coat all my hair. Brush it through with a wide-toothed comb.Amazing product that has made my hair healthier, shinier, and softer and has allowed me to go an extra few weeks between trims. I highly recommend this product.

I recently bought this item and when I used it (according to the website, after every 5 shampoos - uses one conditioner treatment for 5-10 mins.) it works nice, smells fine and I have no complaint. I definitely recommend buying it at Hair Cuttery though. It was only 15.95 there.
