The skirts arrived with all hardware and double-sided tape needed for installation, with some to spare. They even came with pre-packaged wipes to clean and prepare the surfaces so the tape would stick better. I recommend putting the skirts in a warm place, or let them sit in the sun a spell, so they are more flexible. I used a couple of floor jacks and scrap lumber to help hold them in place on the car while aligning them, sticking the tape, and inserting screws in the wheel wells. Removing the tires on the side you are working helps a lot. I installed mine unfinished, and did the final prep/painting on the car. This also allowed me to seal where the top edge aligns with the threshold under the doors. This was not completely necessary, but they look more finished when you look down with the door open. It also keeps "stuff" from getting in that gap. Do use an additive or paint product specifically blended for "plastic" parts. Anything else will not adhere properly and will soon flake and chip off. The black skirts look very good unfinished, painting them is optional. They only needed minor sanding to make them ready for paint.
