This tart shell is one of my favorites. The shell is very sturdy and doesn't break easily. It has sweet buttery texture and taste that has a melt in your mouth sensation.

These shells were shallower than expected. Although the description was for 'dessert shells' there was no sweetness to these at all, they were very bland. I wanted them to make pecan turtle cookies and they were ok for that.
