The grille is very nice, but the clips did not fit on my grille the way the diagram suggested. I had to bend them to get them to hold.

Solid Recovery Mount

This is a very sturdy mount. The bar is a solid piece of steel and the D-ring is thick and solid as well. The towing capacity for this mount will easily exceed any towing rating on a non-commercial vehicle (and probably most commercial vehicles as well). The mounting bar fits snugly in my 2"x2" receiver tube and doesn't rattle around.I gave it a four-star rating because of the price. At the price I paid at the time of purchase it was more than twice the cost of other similar mounts. Also, I really didn't care for the orange painted D-ring which came all scratched up. I swapped out that D-ring for a silver D-ring and kept the orange one for potential use on a vehicle in need of recovery.Other similar recovery mounting bars are shorter in length and leaves the D-ring sitting closer to your bumper. This Curt mount bar is a little longer and sticks out a bit from your bumper. I prefer a tighter fit leaving the D-ring sitting closer to my bumper, but others may disagree.All in all, a great solid recovery mount that should last longer than the life-time factory warranty that covers it.

Great product and made in the USA!!!

I ordered this tow strap mount from Summit Racing and paid just over $73 with free shipping. It is extremely solid and fits my receiver hitch perfectly. Best of all, it is made in the U.S.! Stay away from the cheap, Chinese junk.

Expensive, but beautifully made.

This thing rocks. Bought the Warn, wasn't happy with the way it was ground (shank had 6 sides, not flat on top and bottom!) returned it, and got this instead. The Curt is built like a monster. All USA-built for the Curt, too. I'm happy I spent the extra 20.

Fantastic quality and style

I had to replace a horrendous imitation brass/crystal (plastic and more plastic) chandelier in our new home. This fixture is exactly what we needed to compliment the contemporary styling of our living/dining area. I was worried at first the the picture might not be descriptive of the color, but happily its very accurate and the light fits well with our black furniture. All hardware and clear instructions are included. I'm planning on purchasing another pendant chandelier to hang in our foyer as well as a flush mount fixture for the hallway. You can't go wrong with this fantastic light.

Review of Protec Professional Violin Case

I am very happy with the Protec Professional violin case. I have been a professional violinist for 30 years and travel quite a biot with my violin. I also travel on my bicycle to rehearsals and concerts with my violin on my back using the wonderfully designed and user friendly backstrap attachment for the case. The case is very strong and light enough to be comfortable and for me to feel secure travelling with it on my back. It is the kind of case that I feel could serve me well for many years.

Great case

This violin case has everything. It is light weight and the velour instrument cover is Velcro'ed in - what a smart idea!The case velcro holds the case closed while you're getting in and out of it, so you don't have to constantly zip it.It is well made and protects the instrument better than some more expensive cases I looked at.

Five stars except!It was great items in term of heavy duty material used in it. Very well welded and bended, the picture is not the same of the item I was received I know that before I purchased the item so it was not surprising thing to me. It was shipped and sold by [....] they could not estimate the right price for the international shipping when I checked out so they sent me an email to add some money for the extra shipping cost to Saudi Arabia and I agreed. They were great with the time it got me with in 7-10 days with UPS.I will give the item curt 13220 five stars but because one of the fitting holes was not directly fit due to miss calculated measurements in the factory of Curt. So you need to force it in which I did, or have it filed or something...My car was VW Touareg 2005.Saleh

Great solution. Instructions not for novices.

I unstalled the Curt 13220, purchased from Amazon, on a 2007 Audi Q7. The result is great. However, if you plan to only use the supplied instructions, you may spend a long time finding the actual screws and nuts to remove. Also, one of the bolt holes in the hitch was slightly out of alignment, which made things difficult. However, the result is outstanding.

EASY installation

This trailer hitch swaps out the original bumper.The crossbar is totally hidden.The only thing is, the hitch "sticks out" a little to muchfrom the bumper.(an inch shorter on the hitch would be great).

Reviewing the pickups not the sellers

Since I was born in 1954 and decided a few years ago to learn to build guitars I decided to build a Strat as close to a '54 as I could. The first year of the Stratocasters.Not much to really stress about building this "Strat". I used "swamp" ash, not alder, as the originals were swamp ash. I found a Fender re-issue 1957 Buddy Guy maple neck at a local shop. I made the body from scratch, swamp ash is lightweight and not difficult to cut and shape.I bought a set of the Custom Shop 54 pickups and long story short this guitar sounds fantastic. It has the bite, twang and brightness of an old Strat and I would not part with it for anything. It can growl too...A few hot players in my area have played it and all have praised the sound. A swamp ash body with these pickups would please any Fender I am sure.

Classic tone

I recently installed a set of these into a 1987 Japan market Squier Stratocaster. They replaced a set of Fender American Standard pickups in that guitar. I was looking for a more vintage sound from the guitar and hit on these. They have a clear sound with what I would call a 'pure' tone. They work great for clean sounds as well as slightly overdriven. Run through a Boss Metal Zone pedal? Nope. Stick with a Fender amp and amp or pedal overdrive and this is the ticket for classic Fender tone. I think they'd sound better with fatter (.10s or .11s) strings and I did have to fiddle with the pickup height a bit to make sure I was getting enough sound from the high E string and that they were balanced pickup to pickup.The only reason I give these a 4 star rating is that the middle pickup should have been reverse wound for hum cancellation in the 2/4 positions. Other than that, good choice for classic pure and bell-like Fender tone.

Nice looking flaps

I ordered these flaps for my 05 F-350 and wow they really looked sharp. installation was a bit tricky by myself, but I got through it and was happy in the end. The only thing I didn't like was how they were shipped, each flap only had one side of the chrome protected with plastic wrap, but most of what scratches had occured during shiping were towards the top of the flap, hidden up in the fender well.Super nice, little pricy but makes for a unique look.
