Nice Cover

Nice cover like hinge design for convenience but had to rework front rail bed clamps to fit my 1997 Chevrolet truck. Called Lund and was sent a different set of clamps but they would not open up enough to fit over rail either. I used A dremal to rework clamps to open enough to fit over the rail.Lund needs to revamp there clamps to open enough for proper fit. Really like the way the cover looks on my truck.

Good cover for the money

Got mine for a lot less than the current price, but it's still a good value at $318. Took less than two hours to install by myself. Quality is not perfect but not too bad either, probably on par with any other soft cover. Front hinge bracket could have used a little more machining(tight), otherwise everything fit as expected. Cover can be removed very quickly, although shocks have to be pried loose to remove. Not sure how well it will keep out rain, but that wasn't really important to me. Overall I'm extremely happy with it and would recommend it to anyone.

the fun you can have in 2 hours

I had a friend and myself put the cover together it was about 2 hours only one small error in the direction the size of front bracket was different then showed but we got past that. It work very well and looks good now my wife has taken the truck darn!!!!

Excellent tonneau cover

Lund did an excellent job of protecting this package. Had they not, my cover would have been very badly damaged because of poor shipping and handling on the part of UPS. The box arrived crushed and even opened on one end. Had the company not properly packaged and protected the merchandise, I would be filing a claim. After inspecting for damage, I laid out the parts and looked for missing parts. Everything was intact so I installed the cover. Installation was easy (make certain to follow them to the "T" or it will be a nightmare). The cover looks great on my truck and works even better!

Works great, installation a bit iffy.

I installed this in about 2 hours or so. Ended up putting it together partially backwards at first which added a bit of time and frustration to the installation. Overall, it looks and works pretty well. The directions are pretty horrible which can cause a bit of frustration, but after you suffer through installing it, it ends up being a fairly nice cover.

Not the best Choice

Well the product was received opened not a good thing. Items could have been missing or damaged lucky for me it was not damaged or any missing items but should be better sealed. Well first off when installing the tonneau cover I found it to be difficult because the instructions were poor at best could have done a better job. I did do some minor damage to the front of the bed rail when installing the clamps so be careful with the clamps take your time harder than it looks in the instructions. Not much room to work with when trying to install the front rail to the clamps on my ford F150. Well as far the the cover itself a little difficult to install but not bad. I can't really recommend the cover because of the instructions and the damage done to my vechile. I had a cover on before this one that I installed my self with no damage to the truck so hope this helps.

30 Min Installation

This cover is great, and fully covers my truck bed. With Amazon prime, overnight shipping was 4 bucks (SCORE) and much worth it. I purchased this in order to cut down on fuel consumption, and ease of truck bed access. After installation, which can be easily done with only one person, I took it through a car wash. There was no water in the truck bed, only in the top corners, however, it ran straight into the drail holes. I am happy, and now have a trunk. Highly recommend, and the price is right.

I was looking for replacement cover for a Labra cover and Labra went out of business. This Lund product was the closest to that set up and the price I found was incredible. Two Things to mention

I have a short bed step-side F150 Ford. I learned from the last cover I purchased (a LeBra) that water can seep into areas that the foam does not completely seal on the rail around the bed. I put a bead of clear silicone window caulk around the front and side edges this time and no leakey. The reason no silicone on the tailgate is that there is a hard (but flexible)rubber seal along this edge so that the tailgate can open and close. The other thing is that the rear rail is NOT removable so loading anything over the height of it requires lifting it over-not convenient for moving appliances or large items..other than that it is very well made and fit like a champ.The locking mehcanism is a little cumbersome but heavy duty and the best I have seen for peel and stick kind.I recommend this item for the value.

LUND pickup bedcover.

Just purchased 2 weeks ago...just wanted something to keep items in bed dry...wasn't interested in cargo security and wanted something relatively inexpensive.Received item quickly and, as stated, it was very easy to install. I love the closure system as it is easy and tight. I have taken truck thru' car wash twice and there was no water in bed.Am happy with purchase-well worth the price and would recommend it.

This works as expected on my truck but be warned that the little rubber tips they use for the support bars end get brittle and break easily.Fortunatley, when I contacted the manufacturer, customer service was helpful and shipped me some spare tips.

Excellent Design & Fit

This product is an excellent design for my 8' bed on my F-150. Installed in less than 20 minutes as advertised. C-channels support the cover excellent and the no-snap design of the closing is excellent. Does very well in the high winds of the Texas panhandle! And it's made in the USA - highly recommended.
