The greatest thing since sliced bread!

Because they only cook one chicken or roast at a time, I own two of these. I have a bed and breakfast and often, one chicken is not enough.Regular rotisseries work with the chicken in the horizontal position. Thus the legs and wings are flopping around unless you are adept at making them stop (which I am not). This rotisserie only requires that you plop the chicken upright in the basket and WALLA set the timer and walk away. 120 minutes later, you have a perfectly done chicken. No mess,easy clean up, it does not heat up your kitchen in the summer, you don't have to keep checking on it, it shuts itself off. Wonderful, I tell you. The only thing to remember is...IF THE CHICKEN IS OVER 5 POUNDS CUT IT UP AND FRY IT. It won't fit in the basket well and you will probably burn the wings before the chicken is done. Also slip a pork loin roast on the skewer and put it in the basket. It's juicy and wonderful tasting.Just for convienence, I always PAM the basket, skewer, and drip tray. Makes clean up a snap.
