loud and proud
By 40 years drumming
I had heard some very negative reviews about this cymbal, but I had chance to hear it at a local store. when it arrived and I placed it on my kit, it was everything I needed in a ride cymbal. I use to own a Zildjian 22" ping ride and the ZBT sounded very similar to that. it will cut through the amplified guitars etc, very well. When you sit behind it, it will sound overpowering, but let someone else play it and walk away from your kit and you will hear the true beauty of this cymbal.another good thing about this purchase was the price. it was $45 including shipping, in my opinion a great deal

I do not like the Zildjian ZBT series cymbals, I am using ZHT ones, but this ride is very good one, really heavy, and clear sound. also looks very nice. for price not bad.
