Sheepskin pad okay, customer service stinks

I ordered this for my husband who is bedridden. Although it hasn't made a big difference, it has helped a little bit. When I received the sheepskin pad, there were no washing instructions or any other kind of information inside the box. I called them to ask a few questions someone answered and said that someone would call me back. I never heard from them. So, would I buy from them again, absolutely not. I spent $95 for the sheepskin pad you would think they would at least have the courtesy to call me back.
