A good card for an older computer with a 4x or 8x AGP slot. However, it did not come with an instruction manual and it took me a bit to figure out that it needed a connection from the power supply (same connector as an IDE disk drive) so you need to have an extra one or need a power y-connector if all yours are taken up by drives. Also, it did not come with the video out cable (which I had to purchase separately for about $10) which allows you to hook the card up to a TV with composite or S-video outputs (for lower resolution SD output) or component video (for true HD output up to 1080P) in addition to the DVI output on the card (which I have not tested but I think is analog DVI and not digital DVI). The adapter cable connects to the 9 pin DIN connector on the card and has the composite, S-video, and component outputs on it (and is the same cable that is also used on ATI based cards).
