I am very pleased with this product. It does all that I need plus more.I think it is the best product for the price. I did compare prices ofa few other ones.I don't have a lot of experience with oscilloscopes. Only did a little work in automobile tech school with one.I use this one for building small receivers and transmitters and will do some troubleshooting on other ones.

Coming from a background of using old tube type scopes that probably needed misc parts replaced and were drifty and unable to lock on easily this thing is amazing. I can lock the signal and zoom in easy as pie. It's amazing. Big step up from my 40 year old heathkit!

I teach a High School electronics class and purchased 5 of these units for use in class. While this model is relatively affordable, it offers the features you need to teach oscilloscope basics. All the units have performed flawlessly over the last year.Several features are useful and not generally available on units in this price range. The units have Dual y inputs, meaning you can look at two signals at the same time, and they have a built in function generator. With this Oscilloscope, an inexpensive mulitmeter, and simple PC board and components, you can pretty much teach most of the first two years of AC and DC circuits.Great educational tool, and good for the home hobbyist.
