Beautiful, Fashionable, and Creative!

The first thing I have to say about this Jade is how gorgeous a job the manufacturers did with her look! She's perfect just as a collector's display item (which is why I bought her) and while I can't attest to how much fun this toy is to makeover, I can tell that there are endless possibilities with this toy since Jade is just so, well, big! From hips to head, she stands nearly 14 inches, with a full head of hair to style. Jade also comes with 2 different colors of glitter, clear lip gloss, red nail color, and a silver glue-like substance that is supposed to be applied to the silver sticker tatoos after the tatoos are in place. (Contrary to what the maufactuer's description says, Jade did NOT come with hair clips though an inexpensive pack of mini-clips purchased seperately would certainly do the trick.)Because of all the makeup and the finger dexterity needed to apply the tatoos (you have to peel off and apply a white stcker to the doll's surface and kind of "punch out" the design to get it to stick) I would recommended this toy for anyone age 7 or 8 and older.One cool decorating tip: apply the smaller tatoo stickers to the black star base to create a dramatic look!

I have the Yasmin doll which is no different than the Jade doll. Anyways, this toy is fun but might be a bit frustrating for children younger than 7. The girls come with makeup like lipgloss, nail polish, eye shadow and body glitter. They also come with tattoos. The hard part about the tattoos is that they are like stencil stickers so you have to punch some of the extra parts of the stickers out. Plus the doll comes with this grey cream like substance. You have to put that over the tattoos and then take the sticker off. The cream takes too long to dry and you have to peel the sticker off carefully. Also, the sticker stencil might be so messy with the cream that you might have to throw it away leaving the tattoos one use only. I advise that you have a parent help the children with the tattoos. It can get a bit messy.The body glitter can sometimes be a hassel. The glitter sometimes doesn't stay on the doll but stays on the eyeshadow brush. I recomend not to dip the brush in the glitter all at once. The glitter can also be a bit messy.Although this doll has some cons, it also has some pros. First of all the dolls are beautiful. Their hair is very soft. My mom loves doing my dolls hair and so does my 4 year old cousin. It can help children learn how to do their own hair when they get older. It can also bring mothers and daughters together while they have fun doing the dolls hair. The dolls hair does not get knotted easily unlike many other dolls. The hair is easy to manage.Overall, this toy is great for youngsters of 7 and up. Children would have lots of fun with the doll. I also have to note that even though the picture above shows the dolls with white shirts on, there is a chance that you will get a doll with a red shirt like I did.Thank you,Amanda

Jade is my second favorite out of the Bratz group (Cloe is my first) and this is the prettiest Jade I have ever seen. She is gorgeous. Her silver and black hair really brightens up her eyes. She has cute brown eyes. And she is downright gorgeous. Any girl would want her. I want her (I mostly want Cloe but I want this one too) because you can put make-up on her, do her nails, and put tatoos on her. That is awsome. I love Bratz dolls and I want her.
