Great case and super great bargain!

This is a fantastic case!!! Very durable and much lighter than my previous wood/laminate flight case and no sharp edges either. I fit 2 Crown XTi power amps, a Furman strip and a BBE sonic Maximizer in there with ease and did I mention how light it is? It comes with a lifetime guarantee from SKB which states in plain English that if you ever break it, they'll fix it!!!

After looking at various rack cases, selected this model since it had rails on both the front and the back. Case is sturdy, well built and easy to handle. With two Raxxess UNS1 trays, all my radio equipment fits easily and is well protected from dust and dirt. Lids are deep enough to allow radio knobs to protrude a bit in the front without damage. Very happy with this unit and looking forward to purchasing a 2U or 3U unit for another amateur radio station.

Don't waste your time with limitation products. SKB makes some of the best road crates on the market, and this one is just as sturdy and durable as my 15 year old 12-U rack.
