They have customized mounting brackets that ensures perfect fit and utilize the existing holes in the vehicle frame for superior strength with the lowest vibration. These grille guards have welded 1.25" hood guard. They have heavy-duty steel or stainless steel uprights with rubber extrusions. 2.5" cross tubes follow the contour of vehicle's front end for a customized fit. My sons truck was missing the tow hooks on front. This made installing take a little longer. If tow hooks are in place installing will be very quick.
