Thermophore heating pad

This is best heating pad I have ever owned. I bought this for my shoulder and arm which I broke in June and still require therapy. Its large and heavy but the weight helps to keep it from sliding off when sitting up. It does heat up quickly and cools down quickly but you do have to hold on to a safety clip which prevents you from falling asleep with it on. Unless you live in a very dry climate it delivers moist heat which is what they use at physical therapy.
